"On our own?"

Hardly. Yeah, we are many things, but it is tougher in a globalized economy, and we are not on our own. When factories close due to cheap labor, families are affected along with communities, our social programs, and the tax money to fund everything from city government to the federal government. We now live 2 billion more people who want jobs since the fall of communism. Yeah, "you are on your own," just have tax cuts and stay the course and ignore everything else. We saw how far that got us for eight years. No one has to be a baby sitter, but you still have to run and manage an economy and not go by some failed ideology or laissez-faire ignorance.

Just what I thought.... Crickets.

Tim is an economist like all of us are economists. All of us who produce then consume and invest the rest as we're able. That makes us economic actors and experts. And that sets us heads and shoulders above the economists who spout their Keynesian voodoo at us day and night.

I know this is off topic but you're an economist and I wanted to get your feedback on Monetary Sovereignty, specifically the post below. The idea is that we can print money forever with no consequences. (author argues that inflation is easy to control).
